Olivier Brissaud (Bordeaux) Quentin Hauet (Angers)   EDUCATIONAL GOALS    Knowing neonatal and pediatric echocardiography equipmentKnowing the normal morphology and normal dynamic values  of the heart of newborns and children in ETT (contractility, cardiac output, volume and surface of the cardiac cavities, Doppler)Knowing how to recognize the main neonatal heart diseases (CIV, CIA, TGV, Tetralogy of Fallot)Knowing how to recognize an alteration in contractility, vascular and cavitary filling in the newbornKnowing how to identify a Left-Right arterial duct and determine it the haemodynamically significant character Knowing how to diagnose PAH in newborns Knowing how to recognize right and left heart failure, tricuspid and mitral insufficiency.

MORNING

10.00 a.m. – 10.45 a.m.: theoretical bases, practical methods 10.45 a.m. – 11.30 a.m.: parameters validated in neonatal and pediatric echocardiography  11.30 a.m. – 11.45 a.m. nbsp;: TGV, Tetralogy of Fallot, Coarctation aorta , CIV, CIA1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.: Meal break on site 

AFTERNOON

2 p.m. – 3 p.m.: Neonatal scenario 1: PAH 3 p.m. – 4 p.m.: Neonatal scenario 2: Arterial duct 4 p.m. – 5 p.m.: Neonatal scenario 3: exploration of a state of shock 5 p.m.: end of the day
